This characteristic villa was built in the 60s in stone and was completely renovated in 2007. Equipped with particular charm, it is located on the slopes of the Monteti hill in an elevated position (about 220 meters above sea level), extremely panoramic with views of Capalbio, Argentario, Ansedonia, Giannutri and Lake Burano. The beach is just a 20-minute drive away. The structure includes a main building on two floors and a connected annex. The wonderful garden of about 6,000 square meters is spread over several levels with various tree species (holm oaks, cork oaks, olive trees, pines, cypresses and fruit trees). In the upper part of the garden there is a large infinity pool (16 m by 8 m) with independent dressing room and bathroom near which there is a gazebo with pergola (50 sqm), a large barbecue and a fireplace. The villa is accessed through a tree-lined avenue with cypress trees from an electric gate on the consortium road. The house consists of 7 bedrooms (3 with fireplace) - divided into two floors and an annex - with respective en suite bathrooms, two of which have a jacuzzi; a large dining room with a table for 15 people, a large living room with fireplace and panoramic terrace, a fully equipped kitchen. The rental price includes: exclusive use of the pool, cleaning and a change of linen per week, Wifi, gardener 3 times a week, pool cleaning 3 times a week. On request it is possible to provide a home cook service. Heating is not included (40 euros per night).
