The small and welcoming Casale del Conicchio was born from the renovation of an old country farm typical of Capalbio.
The farmhouse is located in a splendid panoramic position, nestled on the harmonious hills of the Tuscan Maremma, at the foot of the characteristic medieval village of Capalbio.
It is the ideal and strategic place to regenerate in complete relaxation and to live the Maremma experience in a well-kept context, with a simple and familiar atmosphere, made of unspoiled nature and rural tranquility.

As soon as you enter, you enter a large and bright living room, characterized by a trussed ceiling. This space includes a large open kitchen, a dining area with a rectangular table, a comfortable sitting area and a lovely fireplace.
The living room, through a connecting door, leads to a corridor where the other rooms of the house overlook: the two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds, the bathrooms and a small utility room, where the boiler, washing machine are housed. and sink.
The farmhouse is surrounded by a garden, adequately equipped for guests.
On one side of the house, where two French windows of the living room overlook, we find the delightful veranda. On the other side, a shaded corner of relaxation opens up - conversation.
Guests can use a swimming pool (infinity, 6m x 12m) for free, surrounded by an olive grove, from which you can enjoy romantic and unforgettable sunsets over the Tuscan hills.
