The villa is located in the heart of Tuscany, in the countryside surrounding the ancient village of Capalbio. And it is positioned at the center of a 'farm of 64 hectares called "Poggio Capraio". And 'it situated in a beautiful hillside location, with a 360 ° view of the surrounding countryside. Completely surrounded by woods, olive groves and cypresses: but, at the same time, only 12 km. from the sea coast. The villa is named after the large 'Lime Tree' located in the garden.
Price on price-list includes: taxes, heating by wood-stove, linens and towels, electricity and final cleaning service.
Additional features:
1) On request we can add one or two single beds: For an additional single bed please add 20 euro to the daily price
2) Linen is not included in the price. You can bring your own, or we can provide it for you.
In the latter case, the prices are as follows:
Sheets and pillowcases for the bed + pair of towels (bath towel + face towel) €6 per person per week.
