The interior of the house meets all requirements. The ground floor has a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, both with direct access to the outside terrace and garden. On the second floor another pleasant surprise: In addition to the two bedrooms that face the sea side, with incredible views, there is another bedroom that, together with a living room and its bathroom, constitutes a suite with its independent entrance through an external staircase from the street, which even forms a small landing acting as a terrace. Perfect and absolutely charming.

As for the area, the house is connected to the rest of the resort by a "secret" staircase that leads down to the beach. A stage of the now famous “Camí de Cavalls”, one of the most beautiful sections, through the pine forests to Cala Mitjana and then to Cala Trebaluger, begins practically in front of the house.
