Positive: We had a stay with our 1-year old son. We enjoyed the amazing view, the facilities (washing machine, equiped kitchen, etc), some basic groceries in the appartement, donkeys and chickens on the property, but above all the kindness of Manila.

Negative: The stay is quite uphill (that’s why the view is amazing!) so it takes an extra 15 minutes driving anywhere to get to bigger roads.
