The villa is accessed via a non-asphalted road which passes through cultivated fields and olive groves. The villa is based in a farm that produces PDO olive oil and Tuscan PDO wine that can be purchased.
Villa Sarta is an independent two-storey property comprising of a main house (split into 3 apartments) and an annex. All the apartments have access on the ground floor.

Outside area: private swimming pool (12m x 6m - depth 1.40m), covered parking, BBQ, patio, outside eating area, fenced garden. The pool is surrounded by a hedge and iron railing with 2 gates. The gates must be closed for children’s safety.
