The fenced pool is 7 steps lower than the house entrance and has a spacious terrace with recliners, umbrellas, a dining table, and a well-maintained little garden. The pool is 8 by 4 meters and 1,50 meters deep, with Roman steps.
The village can be reached within 10 minutes on foot. There is a grocery store, three bars, a newspaper stand, a butcher, and a bakery. There are a couple of restaurants in the village.

One enters the premises of Villa Pascoli through a small walk-in gate. You can also enter through the garage. There are a few steps going up to the front door. On the right one finds the top outside dinner or breakfast table and further to the right the entrance to the swimming pool.
One enters villa Pascoli in the area between the living room and the open-plan kitchen. The comfortable and pleasantly decorated living room has another door to the terrace and pool. There are two sofas, a fireplace, a Smart TV, and a small music installation. The kitchen is very well appointed with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob with 4 pits and a big fridge with freezer. There is a dining table for eight in the space between the kitchen and the living area.
Open stairs lead up to the first floor with two spacious double bedrooms and one smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. There is one bathroom with a bath and shower in the bath. One of the double bedrooms is a twin.
From the living area, there also are steps going down into the cellar floor. There is a garage where one can park a car (outside one other car can be parked under a pergola). On this floor also is a small extra bedroom with two extra single beds and a bathroom with a shower. Here also is the washing machine.
The heating is paid based on consumption: €6/m3.
Note that there may be a tourism tax to pay. Since 2013 the local authorities in Umbria can ask for this tax which is not included in the price.
There is an obligatory cleaning charge of €80 to be paid together with the final payment.
