The Villa is located just outside the town of Scilla (about 500 m) in Pacì. A private staircase, surrounded by greenery, leads directly to the sea to a rocky cove which is impossible to access otherwise. It is completely independent; it has a private entrance with a driveway gate. The villa has parking for 5 cars and is built on three levels, two of which have a kitchen. The first level is spread over two floors and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a large living room, a panoramic covered terrace, with a view of Sicily and the Aeolian Islands, kitchen equipped with all appliances and a small bathroom for guests. The other two levels have two bedrooms and a bathroom respectively. Outside there are two areas equipped for the sun, a comfortable shower and a table with a masonry seat and chairs.

Summary: We are three couples, early sixties, who spent a week at this large, beautiful property. Each couple had privacy with their own bedroom & bathroom. Housing is a good set-up for three couples each with two children. Most of our time was spent on the spacious outdoor covered patio overlooking the stunningly blue Mediterranean Sea while watching the fishermen, yachts, and ships (take binoculars) and admiring the volcanic island of Stromboli. We took many trips down 90 steps (fairly steep) to a second seating area where you can easily enter the water to swim. Kitchen is small but well-stocked, living area is spacious, beds are comfortable, plumbing sometimes “squeals” so just don’t flush at night, water is “not potable” so purchase bottled water. We easily took a 2-day jaunt to Sicily. Maria met us upon arrival to show us around the property and explain recycling protocol. We really enjoyed our time there. Thank you!
