It has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and two with twin beds. There is a second full bathroom, also with a shower. The living-dining room is comfortable and very bright, equipped with a Smart TV and air conditioning with a heat pump, ideal for cool spring or autumn evenings as well as hot summer days. The kitchen is modern and functional, with quality appliances including a dishwasher and an oven. There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine.
Outside, the villa features a private pool and a pleasant terrace area perfect for enjoying Mallorca’s wonderful climate. Although it does not have private parking, it is easy to park on the street directly in front of the property.
