A refundable security deposit of EUR 1,000 is required to cover potential damages. This deposit will be returned after departure, subject to a property inspection. Any existing damages should be reported at check-in to avoid misunderstandings.
Pool heating can be arranged for an additional surcharge. Smoking is prohibited indoors and is only allowed on outdoor terraces or balconies. The villa does not permit parties, events, or disruptive activities, and outdoor music is restricted between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Overcrowding beyond the agreed number of guests is not allowed unless expressly authorized. One pet is permitted for an additional fee of EUR 100 per stay. Non-compliance with the house rules may result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.
