Belle villa familiale de 230 m2 , très calme et lumineuse, climatisée, à 3 km de la plage avec piscine chauffée et couverte ( de 7 m sur 7m profondeur entre 1,1m et 1,7m, chauffée à 29° pour l’avant et l’arrière saison ) un jardin de 2 000m2 une grande terrasse ombragée et fraîche, avec un barbecue et une plancha.
La villa est sur 2 étages
Vous trouverez au rez de chaussée un grand séjour avec une belle cuisine américaine toute équipée, frigo américain avec 3 grandes baies donnant sur la piscine, 2 chambres climatisées et une salle d’eau/WC
Vous trouverez également un 2ième séjour, au 1ier étage avec un grand salon en cuir blanc, 2 chambres climatisées, une salle d’eau et un WC indépendant ainsi qu’une grande terrasse.
Au 2ième étage il y a 1 autre chambre et une suite (salle de bains /WC), climatisées également
La maison dispose de plusieurs terrasses, pour les chambres et les séjours, avec notamment une belle vue sur l’étang de Thau et la ville de Sète.
Elle est équipée de WIFI et de 3 télévisions avec Canal+, Canal Satellite .
S'il y a des enfants de moins de 5 ans, des barrières amovibles seront installées à la piscine.

L’entrée permet de garer plusieurs voitures. Le terrain, engazonné avec de beaux pins est protégé du voisinage par de grandes haies ou murs.

Sur Marseillan, la villa se situe en face l'étang de Thau, séparée par une petite route touristique. Ce qui permet le soir de faire des balades bien sympathiques, autour de l'étang, de pêcher ou de jouer à la pétanque.... La villa est à 10mm à pied du village.
Pour les adolescents, il y a juste à côté des écoles de voile: les Glénants ou le CVMarseillan, où ils pourront s'initier à la planche à voile, au catamaran ou au Kite surf.
Le petit port de Marseillan-ville est juste à-côté, ses petits commerces, son marché, ses petits restaurants, sont très appréciés
Marseillan-plage est à 2,5 km, et a une très belle plage de sable fin, et sa promenade ,est très agréable. On peut utiliser la piste cyclable pour y aller.
A 7 km , il y a la station du Cap d'Agde où vous pourrez profiter de ses équipements touristiques : Aqualand, piscine, Golf, tennis, ,port,
