Entering from the patio on the ground level you will access the large open space living room with two comfortable and cozy sitting areas one dining area with a large table and chairs for sitting 8 people and an incredible sea view.

This space is connected to the fully equipped kitchen that has all the accessories and appliances you might need to prepare meals and snacks.
The spacious living room open out to the expansive terrace with dining area and sun chairs overlooking the sea. The home is elegant and charming with tasteful decoration and well equipped for comfort and privacy.
On the lower floor you will find two sea view suite with private bathroom and terrace, and one double room also with en suite bathroom.
The upper floor will give you space and privacy with other two comfortable rooms and one bathroom with bathtub.
From the ocean view patio you can reach the lower level of this residence where you can first find a fully equipped barbecue area where you can also enjoy the sea breeze protected by the trees and then you will find the suspended garden with equipped amaca for your relax.
From the garden starts the private stairs that will bring you to the sea, that makes this unique property One of a kind.
At the end of the stairs you will find 2 on the rocks area where you can enjoy the sea, equipped with umbrella, chairs and sea stairs for an easy exit from the water. The Villa has also a private shower room for when you will come back from the sea
