Summary: This is a very nice, spacious and comfortable apartment right in the middle of Lisbon. It's very clean, has all the amenities you might possibly need, and in general is a perfect stay in the city. Very close to everything, walking distance to practically any place you'd visit in the city. Not very far from subway exit, easily accessible. The office is located on the 3rd floor of the same building which is very convenient if you have a problem or a question.
