For a trip to the beautiful cliffs of the Tramuntana mountains or the vibrant capital Palma with its lively streets and tapas bars, you need just 20 minutes. In the immediate vicinity, you will also find golf courses, tennis courts, horseback riding and marinas with boat rentals.
Your dream holiday destination, a holiday home with four large bedrooms, is located in a quiet residential area and is directly adjacent to an undeveloped green area. The property is just minutes from the motorway exit Costa de la Calma. Just as fast as you drive to the beach of Santa Ponça. Or take the shortcut on foot over the ridge and a 60m high staircase.
Upon entering the property you immediately notice the generous entree with its stone arrangements and flowerbeds. You go down the steps, past palms, and olive trees to the large wooden front door.
The concept of different levels continues in the house. Already in the spacious entrance hall with a gallery and stairs to the upper bedrooms, your gaze falls on the large picture window with a view of the spacious garden. On the entrance level, you will find access to the kitchen, the guest bathroom and the lower bedroom with an en suite bathroom. A large, solid dining table opposite the kitchen entrance provides space for social gatherings.
The rustic kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking ambitions of all kinds and also offers two additional laundry and storage areas. Everything that you and your roommates need in the coming time can be found in the American fridge.
One level below is the living room, which has modern furniture in subtle, friendly colours and large LCD TV. It is optically separated from the higher level, so you can enjoy common movie nights and cozy hours in lounge ambiance. High-speed Wi-Fi is of course available.
From the living room, there is direct access to the covered terrace with a large wooden table and barbecue area. You put steaks or grilled vegetables on the modern gas grill and serve them directly to your family or friends. You can easily pass the rest through the kitchen windows. This place provides shade throughout the day - welcome during the hot summertime.
Another level deeper sunbathing and swimming are announced. The terracotta-designed pool area has sunshine most of the day. You relax on one of the sun loungers and look from the swimming pool edge in the Mediterranean garden with palm trees, gnarled olive trees, flowering bushes, and manicured lawn.
When it's time to go to bed, you can choose between two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms - one on the ground floor. Two further double bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom. Through these two bedrooms, you also get onto the spacious terrace on the first floor - the ideal place for your morning sun salutation. From here you can already see the peaks of the Tramuntana. The orientation of the house makes it possible to enjoy the sun on summer evenings on this terrace until late in the evening.
The bedrooms are all Mediterranean equipped and have been completely refurbished until 2019. You sleep on modern, ergonomic mattresses. The upper master bedroom offers space and a large, stylish bathroom. In the inviting corner bath, you can spend even an hour or even in the hot season.
