Positive: The apartment is beautifully decorated. Every guest has their own dedicated sun loungers and pagoda which I really liked and it does avoid the usual sun lounge wars. The grounds and location are stunning and it allows for a very peaceful and tranquil stay. The owners are extremely accommodating and hospitable and nothing is too much. The tasting evening was super - their wine is gorgeous.

Negative: I hadn't realised that there isn't any air conditioning and whilst there are definitely ways to keep the room "cooler" there was a heat wave during my time and this did make things a little uncomfortable at times. (The owners did provide a free standing fan upon request which was very much appreciated)
