The “Casa das Riscas” beach house was conceived as a typical Costa Nova beach house, although it is located in the heart of Barra beach, embracing the sea and the Ria de Aveiro. It is situated in a very quiet place with easy access to various points of interest. It is located just 9 km from the city of Aveiro, Venice of Portugal.
On the other side of the estuary is the S. Jacinto Dunes Nature Reserve (which can be crossed by ferry). Linked to this beach is the Costa Nova beach with its characteristic striped wooden houses. next to the estuary that connects the two beaches you can enjoy pleasant bike or walking tours.
At 30 Km is the gastronomic region of Bairrada (piglet and sparkling), at 80 Km the city of Porto and at 80km the city of Coimbra.
T5 single family house, with three floors plus basement.
The house has two fronts with two distinct entrances, the east the main entrance, the west entrance that communicates with the patio, basement and kitchen. Easy parking next to both fronts of the house.
The ground floor consists of the leisure and service areas of the house, a large living room with sofa and TV area that extends to an outdoor space through a large balcony, the kitchen with cooking area and dining area (table for 10 people) and a bathroom with shower.
Outside the patio is a space conducive to socializing. There is a barbecue area and an awning-protected cooling area.
The basement is large and with plenty of natural light as it communicates directly with the courtyard through a ramp, allowing easy access to bicycles. Here the pool and ping-pong tables are the delight of this leisure space.
The first and second floors are intended for rest areas. On the first floor we find three bedrooms, two double, one has two beds and one single and a living room with balcony. There is a full bathroom with floor support.
The second floor houses two large double bedrooms overlooking the ria and also a full bathroom supporting both bedrooms. In both bedrooms it is possible to place a baby bed.
