Villa Marisa is in a large park, mostly lawn, surrounded by large, ancient trees. The unique swimming pool (8 metres by 5 with a depth of 1.5 m) has an "8" shape and features hydromassage. It is a modern, bio-design pool, externally paved and complete with beach umbrellas and sunbeds, in a bright position just in front of the villa. There are several relaxing areas, a covered veranda for outdoor meals, as well as two charming panoramic terraces overlooking the countryside, with outdoor furniture. There is parking inside the property, accessible from a slightly uphill road lined with trees.
Interior
The villa is soberly furnished in classic style, with marble siding, decorations, and precious fabrics and furniture. The house is on two floors plus an attic, with outdoor and indoor staircases. The ground floor features a bright, spacious living room with precious Carrara marble siding, furnished with sofas, satellite TV and complete with thermo fireplace, piano and games table. Next door is the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen, leading to the swimming pool and a small living room.
