The space
The house has been architecturally designed to enable luxurious indoor and outdoor living, and the comfort and flow of space for much-needed relaxation or entertainment. The house is surrounded by sea and mountain views.
The house can accommodate 12 guests and comprises 6 bedrooms. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, and a balcony. The second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom is downstairs and contains a double bed, fireplace and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The fifth and sixth bedrooms are both downstairs and have 2 single beds in each. These 2 bedrooms have access to a shared bathroom with a shower.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, a microwave, a kettle and toaster, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher, as well as basic cleaning materials. The house features 2 dining rooms, 2 TV lounges, and a separate games room with a TV with its own selected DStv channels.
Additional features include a spacious pool deck with a heated swimming pool, an enclosed braai, outdoor dining, a kids jungle gym, a fireplace, and books and games. Guests have access to parking.
The location offers access to central Hermanus for grocery shopping, a number of restaurants, art galleries, the cliff paths, and hiking trails.
