It is a very romantic place, wonderfully restored with organic materials and kept in the original style of the area, even the antic Pizza Oven has been restored. A lovely garden set in the hills on the border of Tuscany and Umbria is ideal for families or small groups. Tastefully decorated & furnished with antiques from the owner's family. The 250-year-old house sits on a slope and has stunning views and light breezes in hot summers. It is surrounded by old oak trees giving shade and has a double air-filtered roof. You will find a solar-heated pool, which is open from April to October, situated in a little olive grove, with natural shade and stunning views. The panorama pool is completely private. The owner is a German Countess, she produces olive oil and manages the property. On the grounds around the antic house, you can enjoy the breathtaking views over the superb Umbrian/ Tuscan countryside, eat figs and lots of fruits directly from the trees. The exceptional location will give you enough opportunities to relax & dream and sightseeing. Next town is the medieval city Città della Pieve (15min by car) with excellent restaurants and beautiful Monteleone di Orvieto (10 min by car) Perugia (40min. by car.)
