Binissalem is charming village of approximately 7,000 inhabitants, with all the necessary amenities and well connected to the highway. There are few nice restaurants and bars with terrace, ideal for dining accompanied by a bottle of good wine from the own vineyards of the village, with Designation of Origin. Every Friday morning, between 8:00 and 15:00 pm, there is a market on the Church square, where the people enjoy to buy the local products, high quality vegetables, fruits and cheeses. In just 20-25 minutes driving you will reach Playa de Palma or, if you prefer, in 45 minutes you can reach the Port of Sóller, one of the most charming villages on the island. We recommend you to visit the villages of the Sierra de Tramuntana, with incredible views, where you will also find good restaurants to eat an exquisite paella.
