It is located in Mukojima, on the route of the world-famous Shimanami Kaido. There is a cycling road along the coast around the island. This course is for beginners and takes approximately 30 to 40 minutes one way.
The island has convenient shopping shops (3 supermarkets, hardware store, drug store, 100 yen shop, etc.), various restaurants (Italian, French, Japanese ramen udon, fish dishes, yakiniku, etc.), fishing tackle shops, There is also a bicycle rental shop and a tennis court.
