This fine and ultra-modern luxury finca leaves hardly anything to be desired, not only because of the garden with the top-maintained lawn that is lush green and lined with palm trees. The house was completed in March 2015 for vacation guests.
The finca is very quiet, on the outskirts of Porto Cristo with its idyllic fishing port, which is only 1.2 km away, as is the sandy beach. Porto Cristo is a very attractive town with many stores and restaurants where especially fresh fish is recommended.
On 140 sqm living space and 2 floors you will find on the ground floor a large living / dining room with crumpled leather sofa and large satellite TV. Next to it is the high quality kitchen with everything that makes a perfect vacation. Both rooms have direct access to the outside terrace. At the other end of the ground floor is the largest of the three bedrooms with a noble bathroom with corner washbasin, shower, toilet and bidet. On the upper floor there are 2 more spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms and 2 sun terraces as a retreat.
In the outside area a pool of 9 x 4m with comfortable step entrance and a depth of 1 to 1.8m was built. There are enough sun loungers and umbrellas for a shady stay. The large, open sun terrace at the house overlooking the garden and pool has about 75 sqm, next to it you will find the nicely furnished "shade terrace" of about 25 sqm.
The house has central heating for the cool months. WIFI is also available. Here you can feel absolutely comfortable, because everything is new and chic and high quality furnished.That also still beach and town are accessible on foot or by bike, makes this finca probably your perfect vacation home.
