Positive: The property itself had potential, but unfortunately, the overall experience fell far below expectations due to several discrepancies in the listing and poor communication.

Negative: This accommodation does not provide what it advertises, and I feel it’s important for future guests to be aware of these discrepancies. The lack of transparency about pet fees, combined with the false advertising of facilities, left us feeling deceived. For a property charging an additional 50% for pets —without justification — is unreasonable and unfair. Suggestions for improvement include adding more kitchen essentials, better communication, and honest listing updates. Transparency and professionalism would go a long way in improving the guest experience. The overall experience felt unwelcoming. 1. Hidden pet fees: We were charged a 50% supplement ith no explanation, just a claim it was listed in the booking. As the booking was non-refundable, we had no choice but to pay and agree. 2. False advertising: Many facilities listed, like a bar, restaurant, convenience store, spa, or 24-hour reception, were not available. The property is a small house in the middle of nowhere, with the nearest ATM 1.3 km away. 3. Check-in issues: The owner was late, leaving us waiting in the dark. Communication was difficult due to poor phone signal, and the owner only spoke Italian despite advertising English and French. She seemed annoyed, collected the pet fee, and left quickly. 4. Kitchen concerns: The kitchen lacked essentials like pots, and some dishes were dirty or broken. While not advertised, a kettle or microwave would be helpful.
