Beautiful, recently renovated seafront villa located in the seaside village of Addaura, a few km from the center of Palermo.
The villa is located in the upper part of a small road in front of the Addaura promenade, which leads to the platform on the rocks with private access.
It is spread over two levels, first and second floor: on the first floor guests will find two double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom with shower, and the seaview terrace furnished with deck chairs and tables and chairs; on the second floor the living room with American kitchen and the second terrace overlooking the sea, perfect for an aperitivo at sunset or a lunch after a refreshing dip in the sea. At the rear of the villa a well-kept terraced garden, ideal for a moment of relaxation in the shade, completes the layout.
