Positive: Safe and secure on private gated estate. Room had air conditioning and fridge. Good shower. Quiet.

Negative: Shared balcony with next door room (rooms 7 & 8). View of the golf course largely obscured by property in front. About ten steps up to room - difficult with heavy cases.

Summary: Basically comfortable and pleasant.
