The first building is spread over two levels: on the ground floor there is a large living area consisting of a living room with fireplace, a large dining room and a kitchen. On the first floor there are two bedrooms - one double and one twin - and a bathroom. The second building consists of a living room with fireplace, a small kitchen, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a shared bathroom. There is also an annexe accessible via the courtyard with a twin bedroom and bathroom. Art lovers can explore an area rich in history and monuments from the Etruscans to the Renaissance, such as Chiusi, Pienza, Montepulciano and Montalcino, Siena (65 km) and Florence (130 km). For a relaxing day you can enjoy the thermal waters of Chianciano Terme or San Casciano dei Bagni.
