Summary: Well appointed 1 bedroom suite. Must be able to manage stairs and gravel driveway. Not in the nicest area, more industrial. Suite is in need of renovation, particularly the tub/shower. Nice to have access to washer and dryer and full kitchen. Bed is comfortable. Air conditioning only in bedroom and kitchen. Very responsive operator.
