La Casella is a beautiful, spacious cottage that has been recently renovated and tastefully furnished. It is perfect for up to 8 adults and is ideal for families. The property is divided into two levels and features seven rooms.
On the ground floor, there is a large living room that comes with satellite TV and DVD, and has an exit to the patio. The dining room is also spacious and has a large dining table, as well as an exit to the terrace. Additionally, there is a small living room and a double bedroom with an open-hearth fireplace. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine, and it has a dining table. There is also a shower/bidet/WC on this level.
On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms, one room with two beds (80 cm), and a small, interconnecting room. The bedrooms have an exit to the terrace, which offers views of the countryside. There is also a spacious bathroom with a bath/bidet/WC and double hand-basin. The cottage has gas heating and natural stone floors.
Outside, there is a roofed terrace, a partly roofed terrace, and a barbecue area with terrace furniture and deck chairs.
