drive from the city center of Cape Town, you will be spoilt for a
choice of things to do.
This modern apartment provides all that you need for an unforgettable
stay, with luxury and comfort combined. The open plan design creates a
spacious living area, with large windows allowing an abundance of
natural light in and spectacular ocean views. The newly renovated and
fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher for your convenience. The
dining area provides an intimate setting and comfortably seats four
people. The lounge area is cozy with a comfortable couch to relax and
enjoy your favourite TV shows/movies.
The main bedroom showcases breathtaking ocean views from the comfort of
the king-size bed. The second bedroom includes 2 single beds. Both
bedrooms make use of the shared bathroom which includes a shower,
toilet and basin. All linen and towels are provided with your stay.
There is a baby cot available, suitable for children up to 2 years
old.
The on-site facilities include a communal braai/BBQ area and tennis
courts (rackets and tennis balls provided). The Strand beach stretches
along a 5 km promenade and offers a selection of top-quality bars,
restaurants, and cafes to enjoy day or night. The Strand Beach is warm
and sheltered, making it the perfect destination for travellers with
little ones. For family fun there is an entertainment area with a
putt-putt course, tidal pools, a swimming pool and water slides.
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
