Summary: Our room smelled of fish for two days. We constantly had to endure the smell of fish and chips. The entire hallway smelled the same way, and due to the ventilation, all the odor filled our room. Because the door wasn't properly sealed, we felt uncomfortable every moment we were in the room. We informed reception, but nothing was done. I would have expected more from Virgin. With so many nice places to stay in London, we paid more and had to put up with this inconvenience.
