The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.this timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines, in case of lost keys or if they are left inside the property, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. new keys must be collected by the guest at our office, on the check-out day, no trash should be left in the property. guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will apply for waste management, guest registration is required by law in spain (royal decree 933/2021, of october 26) and greece (law 4446/2016), therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. after full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
