The charming Villa is a spacious, 2-storey holiday home in Puerto Pollensa, only 150 metres from the gorgeous bay area and seafront.



On the ground floor you can find the living room with nice wooden carpentry and furniture which gives it a very comforting rustic look. Right next to this we have a very spacious kitchen that's perfect for cooking with family or friends. There is one bedroom with twin beds and easy access on the ground floor with its own spacious bathroom.

Moving up to the first floor we find 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a very nice and intimate roof terrace with a table and 2 hammocks.



Outside, there is a swimming pool area with a nice sunny terrace that has a lot of hammocks on one side of the house, on the other side you will find another sunny terrace that's ideal for barbecuing and dining alfresco. Please note that there is pool heating available upon request at an extra weekly cost.
