Positive: The location is excellent, as the Villa is nestled away in the Tuscan hills - 15 minutes from Poggibonsi and San Gimignano. We were a large group (12 people) and the Villa was very comfortable. As we stayed in the summer, the private pool is an absolute must and let us have a refreshing swim in the late afternoon after spending the day exploring. A family living right next door (Simon, Fem and children) and easily accessible takes care of the grounds. Would absolutely stay here again. Grazie Laura, Stefano e famiglia!

Negative: Lots of mosquitoes outside, mainly when the area gets shaded or at nightfall - but I think this is the case for all of Tuscany in general. For 12 people, the capacity of the fridge is sometimes limiting if you will be preparing large meals.
