Positive: The sunset view is incredible, the sound of the waves is beautiful and the beach access is the best! The house is perfect, the decoration is fantastic the terrace is perfect for a group of friends or family to enjoy the sunset every evening. A car is needed for supermarkets but Anzio is walking distance too. Don’t let the negative reviews put you off, the house, the view and the location are one of a kind and it was a real treat to say in such a fantastic place - we had a fabulous holiday!

Negative: It was a little warm the first night, that is my only bad thing to say and Paola responded to us instantly and kindly offered to pay for fans for the rooms - very quick to respond and very kind!
