Villa Mandolata is located in the renowned seaside resort of Lido di Camaiore, along the Versilia coast, just 2 km from the beach, and close to shops and a supermarket.
Surrounded by a lush and well-kept garden, the property boasts a large parking area (8 cars), and an outdoor dining area with table for 14 people and barbecue.
The outdoor spaces are embellished by a beautiful pool (40 sqm), with a rounded shape, open from May to September. The pool is equipped with sunbeds, parasols and some changing rooms.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (600.00€); utilities according to consumption. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 250.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (150,00€) is also requested (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
