Villa Montane consists of the union of La Montana and La Montanina (also rented separately), two typical stone houses one next or one above the other if you will, immersed among green hills that surround the city of Cortona, famous Etruscan and medieval town, a few kilometers away. Villa Montane can host up to ten guests and it has a big garden that surrounds both units. Together both properties offer a BBQ area with a veranda equipped with a dining table and a gazebo, ideal for al fresco dining.

From the pool area you can enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the hills and the valley whilst children can enjoy themselves on the playground.

Going on, you will find a spacious fully equipped kitchen.
LA MONTANA: next to the kitchen there is a bathroom with shower. From the living room you the first floor through an internal stairway, where there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two single beds, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. From the first floor you have access to the outdoor veranda, from which you can admire the breathtaking view of the surrounding hills.
LA MONTANINA: always on the ground floor is the sleeping area composed of a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with shower.
