The Space:

La villa era usata in passato come casa di villeggiatura da una famiglia di artisti locali che hanno contribuito all’arredo con pezzi unici di ceramiche fatte a mano e quadri originali.
Al piano terreno, dalla corte, si accede al salone principale, arredato con pezzi di antiquariato.
Dal salone un corridoio porta alla sala da pranzo, con un grande tavolo in legno massello e mobili di antiquariato e la cucina con tutto l’occorrente e dalla porta a vetri si accede direttamente al pergolato per pasteggiare al fresco.
Ancora al piano terreno, dal salone si accede a due delle sette camere, la prima, si trova nel corridoio verso la cucina ed è arredata in stile ottocentesco con letto matrimoniale, armadio, cassettone ed il suo bagno privato con doccia. La seconda, si trova scendendo una piccola scalinata. E’ una delle più spaziose e ha accesso diretto all’esterno dove gustare un caffè o un aperitivo. Comprende letto matrimoniale, armadio, un piccolo salottino e il bagno privato con doccia.
Infine a piano terreno, troverete anche un bagno di cortesia con servizi e lavello.
Al piano superiore, a cui si può accedere sia dalla scala esterna che dall’interno, vi accoglie un secondo salotto con divani, poltrone, una grandissima libreria e un pianoforte
Da qui si ha accesso a tre camere matrimoniali ognuna con bagno privato completo di doccia. Una di esse ha anche la vasca e l’accesso ad un terrazzo con vista sulla campagna.
Le ultime due camere, entrambi matrimoniali e con bagno privato completo di doccia, hanno un accesso indipendente, dall’esterno. La prima si trova nel corpo principale della casa e ha l’accesso tramite una scalinata, l’altra è una dependance, leggermente staccata dalla struttura della casa, dispone anche di un piccolo patio con tavolino e sedie che si affaccia sulla piscina.
Gli spazi esterni, che comprendono il giardino, il prato della piscina e un terrazzo con affaccio sulla campagna, vi permetteranno di trovare il vostro angolo di relax, praticare un po’ di yoga o meditazione al mattino o semplicemente godere di un buon libro o di un calice di vino.
La piscina ad uso esclusivo è completa di ombrelloni e lettini.

The villa was formerly used as a holiday home by a family of local artists who contributed to the decor with unique pieces of handmade ceramics and original paintings.
On the ground floor, the courtyard leads to the main living room, furnished with antiques.
From the living room a corridor leads to the dining room, with a large solid wood table and antiques and the kitchen with everything you need, and from the glass door there is direct access to the pergola for al fresco dining.
Still on the ground floor, two of the seven rooms are accessed from the living room, the first, located in the hallway to the kitchen and furnished in 19th-century style with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and its own ensuite bathroom with shower. The second, is located down a a small staircase. It is one of the most spacious and has direct access to the outside where you can enjoy a coffee or an aperitif. It includes a double bed, wardrobe, a small sitting area and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
Finally on the ground floor, you will also find a courtesy bathroom with toilet and sink.
A second living room welcomes you to the upper floor, with sofas, armchairs, a very large bookcase, and a piano, which can be accessed either from the outside staircase or from inside.
From here you can reach three double bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom with shower. One of them also has a bathtub and access to a terrace overlooking the countryside.
The other two rooms, both with a double bed and with private bathroom and shower, have independent access, from the outside. The first is located in the main body building and has access via a staircase, the other is an annex, slightly detached, also has a small patio with table and chairs overlooking the pool.
The outdoor spaces, which include the garden, pool lawn and a terrace overlooking the countryside, will allow you to find your own corner to relax, practice some yoga, morning meditation or simply enjoy a good book or a glass of wine.
The pool for your exclusive use is complete with umbrellas and sunbeds.
