Villa Giglia is in a wonderful position being within walking distance of the town and lake. The villa is in a residential area and has lovely views of the lake and the mountains. The garden is filled with olive trees and Mediterranean plants. There is a pathway that takes you down to the beach where you can swim. The villa also has a private swimming pool (10m x 5m; depth 0.4m - 1.4m).

The villa is built on a slope next to the main gate where there is the front garden with lovely trees and lawn, covered parking for 2 cars.
From the garden is the access to a ground floor independent apartment that can sleep 2 people in a lounge with double sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. When the under-occupancy price is paid, this part of the villa remains closed off.

Access to the main floor is via 20 stairs leading to a spacious terrace with beautiful views of the lake. The front doors of both the kitchen and the living-room/dining room open onto the terrace. Alternatively, from the front garden level, with a slightly sloping path, guests can reach the pool level and the bedrooms from the back garden.

The kitchen (dishwasher, gas cooker, oven and fridge/freezing) and is connected, through a door, to the living room that has a fireplace, double sofa bed and dining area, hi-fi and sat-tv. These rooms have direct access to the panoramic terrace. The living room and the corridor area (near the bedrooms) are fitted with air conditioning.

From both the kitchen and the dining room, there is access to the corridor leading to the bedrooms and the just renovated bathrooms. The "green" double bedroom with side lake view and the "yellow" twin room (with bunk beds) share a bathroom with tub, the master bedroom with double bed has a small en-suite bathroom with shower. The "yellow" room has direct access to the back garden and the swimming pool level.

Please note: dogs are accepted in the villa (fee applicable), provided they are well educated and the gardens are left in decent conditions, otherwise the refundable deposit will be retained.
