Summary: The room was big and the bathroom is big too which is a very good thing to be, the location is very good about 15 minutes with the bus to city center, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, there is a few free street parking slots and there is a paid parking about 6 minutes walking

Summary: Marzio was a great host, our room was squeaky clean and very spacious for us 5, two adults 2 teens and a 4yo. Marzio was super helpful with tips and recommendations about places to visit during our stay in Florence. Although the property is not in the main area is pretty close on a bus which the stop is accross the street or by uber our preferred option especially with a little kid; parking was no problem for us. Breakfast was nice and yummy but dinners were my favorite, Marzio and Rosalba prepared some very nice and delicious meals and very authentic Italian. We loved it and we would recommend it and if we could come back again we would for sure stay with them.

Summary: Our trip to Firenze was made memorable by our stay at Villa Gelsomino Garden. Our room was clean and spacious. Marzio was a wonderful host who made sure all our needs were met. He gave us great recommendations re: Florence including where to have the best lampredotto (Nerbone in Mercato Centrale) and his rec was spot-on. Although the hotel was not near the city center, it is a convenient bus ride to the city center with the bus stop right across the street. We felt we were in a home away from home. We would definitely book again with Villa Gelsomino Garden if we come back to Florence.
