Beautiful villa with sea views and private pool, found close to the beach of Marina del Cantone, reachable within 850m, offering the ideal place for those that want a seaside holiday close to restaurants and amenities. On the ground floor we find the living room composed of two connected rooms: a lounge area and a sleeping area with double bed. In the lounge area we find a single sofa bed with TV as well as direct access to the terrace. On this floor we have the kitchen with dining table for eight and access to the terrace.
