The rooms and swimming pool are situated on 1st level of the house, A garage is on the ground level for parking of 2 cars with washing machine. Upon entrance, a lounge with sofas and dining area with table and chairs. From the living area doors open onto a large covered terrace with views reaching across the rolling hills and lake.From the terrace a couple of steps lead into the the garden area surrounded by Cypress trees and lavender bushes and a small overground pool ( 4.5 x 4) . A BBQ is available in the garden.
From the living/dining area is a small kitchen with small oven and microwave, Dishwasher. A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower , twin bedroom, a further twin bedroom with bunk beds.
