Villa Chrysalis is located above the town of Skopelos, which many refer to as a small heaven, this villa offers breathtaking views and has a large terrace overlooking it all. Although it seems a beach is in every direction you look from this Greece accommodation, renting a boat for the day may be an excellent decision, for this is how some of the most peaceful beaches on the island are reached.

The villa is completely private and is not visible to any of its neighbours. There is a terrace accessible from the kitchen that is furnished with a barbecue and a dining table with chairs. A double French door from the dining area leads to a spacious terrace with an outdoor dining table which is the perfect place for al fresco meals.
With the enchanting views of olive groves, red tiled roofs and the bustling harbour below, many hours can be spent here just mesmerized by the views.
Also on the main level is a bedroom with double bed and a roomy w/c shower room. These are reached by a small hallway that can be closed off, providing privacy so that the w/c can be used exclusively by the occupants of the master bedroom. This sizable bedroom is furnished with a beautiful dressing table, bedside tables and a pretty wood and iron bed. Opening the hallway door allows others to use the upstairs w/c while in the common areas and around the pool.
The bottom level of the house is reached via a stairway from the kitchen and leads to a hallway from which there is access to two bedrooms and a large w/c shower room in between them. Each bedroom is equipped with two single beds (one of which can be converted to a double bed) and are comfortably furnished with dressing tables and plenty of wardrobe space. Both bedrooms have double French doors leading to a small terrace furnished with table and chairs where one can relax and enjoy the lush garden and views of olive groves. From the terraces there is access to the pool area and main terrace via an outside staircase.

One of Villa Chrysalis’ best features is its spacious outdoor areas, which are completely private. The pool is surrounded by large terraces with sweeping views to the sea and valley. There is a built-in poolside BBQ for cooking up sumptuous outdoor meals. The large terrace outside the kitchen has a sizable dining table and is easily accessible to BBQ and kitchen alike. From all outdoor spaces on the main level the views are splendid of hillsides in velvety green, light blue skies and turquoise blue seas.
SURROUNDINGS
Set in the countryside surrounded by olive groves, Villa Chrysalis sits alone on the hillside just above Skopelos town. Due to its position, the villa and terraces are not overlooked by any other properties. Many walking paths and trails are within easy reach of the villa, as well as a footpath leading down to town. The footpath of 150 meters leads to the main ring road. Once on the ring road that skirts the town, you will find numerous routes that wind down the hill through the cobbled, stepped streets of town to the waterfront. Several restaurants are within easy walking distance to the villa via the foot path. The town’s harbour front is approx. 15-20min walk down hill from the villa. A leisurely stroll will take you past the quaint backstreet boutiques, souvenir shops and eventually to the harbour where you will find an array of cafe bars and traditional tavernas.
