Beautiful rustic property with great privacy located between the town and the port of Andratx. Enjoying the peace and serenity that this estate surrounded by trees gives and at the same time being just a few minutes from the charming and lively port of Andratx is not to be missed. Description of the farm: The farm has two floors. On the main floor is the living room with fireplace and dining room with access to a terrace overlooking trees and the garden. To the left of the living room there is a large kitchen and then a terrace that overlooks the pool area with absolute privacy. On the right side of the main room there is a TV room and then a master bedroom suite with bathroom and dressing room. On the lower floor, there are three double bedrooms with views of the garden. Each one has its own bathroom en suite.
There is also a games room with a fun pool table. The entire farm has air conditioning and heating. And next to the main house there is a small cabin with a fireplace and a bathroom. It is surrounded by mountains, forests, trails and bicycle routes that cross the Sierra de Tramuntana.
