There is a private furnished terrace and a 4x3m swimming pool with a maximum depth of 2 meters. The property has a garden and a furnished patio terrace with a built-in barbecue on the outside patio ideal for al fresco dining.
Ground floor: Open plan lounge and dining room with 65 inch TV with Freeview channels. Fully fitted, well equipped kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A guest toilet can also be found on this level.
First floor: Three fully air conditioned double bedrooms (two with double beds including 1 king size, and a twin room), en-suite open shower room in the master bedroom and an additional family bathroom to service the other two bedrooms.
Second floor: Air conditioned double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
Extras: Netflix enabled TV.
Pool towels provided.
NOTE: Please note that for stays of less than 7 nights, the client pays the cleaning cost, which is €300 per reservation.
