Positive: The location. It was an easy drive to the lake. It's a large house with plenty of space.

Negative: It was not cleaned properly. The floors were dirty and the bathrooms had mould in places. Many of the lights were not working. We lost electrical power in the lower floor on our last day. In general it needs a significant investment to bring it up to the standards that are expected. It's as if no one really cares about the property or grounds.
