Meters with swimming pool, completely renovated, located on the promontory of Ansedonia, in an excellent panoramic position, just a few steps from the beach of Feniglia where there are some elegant bathing establishments as well as 7 km of unspoiled free beach.
Behind the beach there is a beautiful park / nature reserve (typical Mediterranean vegetation and tall trees), which extends from the Orbetello lagoon to the beach.
In the park you can take long walks in the shade of pine trees, rent bicycles, go bird watching, and it is not unusual to come across groups of beautiful fallow deer living in the reserve.
A few meters from the villa there are also the remains of the city of Cosa, an archaeological site of international interest, included in the Unesco heritage, where you can admire the ruins of an ancient Roman city dating back to 273 A. C.
