Positive: The garden cottage was private with a seperate entrance. The garden was lovely, and had braai facilities, which we enjoyed thoroughly. The cottage itself is spacious, and the kitchen was kitted really well, with a dish washer, washing machine, air fryer, induction plate, and various pieces of cutlery and crockery for a family's catering needs. It's a short distance from a cliff path next to the sea, and a shop close by. The neighborhood is quiet, and is the perfect spot for a getaway. We were playing Jenga outside after enjoying our dinner, and our noise levels accidentally got a bit out of hand, and we set the neighbors' dog off. I hope we didn't bother them too much! We quickly reigned ourselves back in, and enjoyed a peaceful evening further. The beds are super comfortable, and we slept like logs. The hosts were lovely, friendly and gave good advice on the best place to go whale watching. We will definitely book this place again!

Negative: The hot water tap by the kitchen sink took a really long time to warm up, but that didn't really bother us too much.
