The house is linked to the municipal road, a cycle path and a car park by a private pedestrian path walkable in a few minutes. The cycle path links two nearby villages, Levanto and Framura. For the kids, there are different possibilities of amusement, such as tennis, a football field, a volleyball court, sandy beaches and cliffs for underwater fishing. There are very interesting cultural and natural routes: the Cinque Terre National Park, Tuscany (Lucca, Pisa, Viareggio...), the Amedeo Lia museum in La Spezia and the Sarzana fortress, and the Luni archaeological site.
