Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Breakfast selections were great. We ate with local family members for breakfast each morning and everyone got what they wanted - from foodies to traditionalists. Location of tables in a bright sunny location was a good way to start the day as family. Jeremy, the concierge, was our first contact and set a wonderful, welcoming tone and throughout our stay. Salvador in the restaurant was of particular note. Though not our server, he stepped up to refill coffee cups and water glasses, more butter, etc. John, the Food Service manager, inquired each breakfast on making our meals even better. Our 9th floor room was very clean with a pretty view of downtown and a lake. Of note: our private car parking was extremely convenient in a safe, gated lot next to the hotel itself. We travel abroad regularly and always stay in hotels with 2025 Forbes 5-Star ratings. The Terrace Hotel was very much to our taste. Thank you all.

Negative: We were not staying longer!
