This spacious pool-front villa has been beautifully updated as of April 2026, featuring new living room furniture and stylish accents throughout, creating a fresh and inviting coastal retreat.
The fully equipped kitchen offers all the comforts of home, making it easy to prepare meals for family and friends. The dining area, located between the kitchen and living room, provides seating for eight. The living room features all-new furnishings, a large HDTV, and sliding doors that open to a private patio with peaceful views of the community pool.
The first floor includes the primary bedroom, furnished with a King bed, HDTV, and direct access to the patio. The en-suite bathroom features a granite vanity and a tiled walk-in shower.
Upstairs, you’ll find three guest bedrooms, each with its own HDTV and private en-suite bathroom. The King guest bedroom includes a dedicated workspace, ideal for remote work or quiet time.
